Week Five, Day Three

Lots of progress was made on the flooring today. They were able to put down the maple in roughly 1/3 of the living room, and in the hallway and hallway closet.

They also put in the wood threshold between the bedroom and the hallway (below) and the marble threshold between the hallway and the bathroom.

The grouting is completely done in the bathroom now.

I had to leave Mom and Dad in charge of supervising today, because while all the work was getting done, I was out on Long Island getting my summer haircut. It isn't easy being this handsome. Thanks Grandma for taking me for my haircut!
